  1. Nail Psoriasis-

Due to nail Psoriasis the colour of the skin starts deteriorating. Due to this, changes occur in the nails of fingers and toes and pits appear on the skin.

  1. SeboPsoriasis-

In this type of Psoriasis, smooth, yellow-colored scales along with stripes and spots appear on the scalp and face. It is a mixture of seborrheic dermatitis and Psoriasis.

  1. Panchakarma Therapy

Panchakarma Therapy is mentioned in Ayurveda to cure Psoriasis, which includes internal and external medicines of purely herbal origin. Keeping in mind the type of disease of Psoriasis, the person suffering from it should consume medicated ghee for 7 to 10 days. 

The following steps are necessary for this therapy-

  1. Shirodhara-

In this, we drip medicated oil or buttermilk. After this, a paste of mud and medicines is applied to the patient’s body.

  1. Vasties (medicated enema)- 

This procedure takes 8 to 10 days. In this, consume the herbal mixture, herbal formulation, and medicinal ghee for about 120 to 180 days.

  1. Vomiting and catharsis-

In this, we induce vomiting and catharsis for treatment. This is one of the Panchakarma therapies, in which we clean the stomach. Along with this, we cleanse the toxins from the nerves and chest. It is very useful in the treatment of pulmonary TB, fever, and diarrhoea.

Remedies with Ayurveda: 

We can use the following Ayurvedic herbal remedies for the treatment of Psoriasis:

  • Use Guggul and black nightshade juice to reduce swelling.
  • To reduce swelling and get relief from itching, prepare a paste of jasmine flowers.
  • Use Neem to boost the immune system and purify the blood.
  • Use garlic and onion to purify blood in the body.
  • Use turmeric to reduce redness and swelling.
  • Neem is useful to boost the immune system and purify the blood.
  • Boswellia or Indian frankincense is useful for supporting the immune system and reducing inflammation.

  1. Neem

Its bark is very beneficial in Ayurveda. Neem has antibacterial properties which remove skin problems. To treat Psoriasis, mix its bark powder with olive oil and apply this paste to the affected area.

  1. Turmeric

It is a naturally occurring antibiotic. It is an antibacterial herb which is very beneficial for the skin. We use turmeric to treat any kind of skin injury. Consuming its powder daily 2 to 3 times a week provides relief from Psoriasis.

  1. Aloe Vera

It is a herb full of medicinal properties. Antibacterial, anti-microbial, and vitamin A properties are found in it which help in preventing infection. Aloe vera has healing properties that provide relief from burning and itching. To use it, apply its gel to the affected areas and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes. After this, wash it with clean water. You can repeat this process 3 to 4 times.

  1. Sandalwood

Sandalwood is extremely important to protect the skin from the effects of pollution. You can remove the spots caused by psoriasis by using this face pack. It has antifungal properties that help fight bacteria and make your skin clean and glowing.

  1. Mulethi Powder

It contains Ayurvedic properties like anti-inflammatory and antiseptic, which help in treating skin-related problems. By using Mulethi powder you can get rid of the problems caused by Psoriasis. It helps in removing blemishes from your skin and gives an attractive look to your skin.

  1. Multani Powder

It helps in removing allergies on the skin. Due to psoriasis, sometimes the pores of the skin get clogged, which can lead to breakouts on the skin. Along with this, itching, redness, and granular skin also start damaging your skin cells. If you want to get rid of it then use Multani powder.

Take care of the following things in psoriasis:
