Morning Routine to beat Asthma:

Wake up early in the morning and spend some time in the fresh air. Go for a walk in some nearby green park. Massage your forehead, nose shaft, and your neck region.
After brushing your teeth make sure to clean your tongue and the excessive mucus in your throat as well. For this, you should use your 2 fingers and take it deep down your throat, such that you get a bit of a vomiting feeling.
Some may get disgusted at this but this is a very powerful technique to clean your throat and also make your voice more clear and attractive!

Diet that Asthma patients should follow:

When it comes to diet, you must stop drinking cold drinks and cold water. Always have lukewarm water. It may look hard but if you are serious about ending your asthma issues and get rid of that pump then you must do this for a few months.
You should drink Herbal water, it is water with some herbs in it. One of these drinks is a half lemon squeezed in lukewarm water, mixed with a pinch of turmeric (haldi) and honey. Drinking this every morning after brushing your teeth will give you a lot of relief.

Yoga Asanas for Asthma and bronchitis:

Yoga asanas are great habits to have if you suffer from asthma or bronchitis. Regular practice of certain asanas will stretch and heal your lung muscles making them healthier and stronger Pawanmuktasana, Bhadrasana, and certain asanas like Kapalbhati, Bhramari pranayama, and Bhastrika Pranayama can make your nasal passages very strong and clean.
But if you have Asthma make sure you don’t inhale and exhale too sharply while practising kapalbhati. Do it slowly!

Ayurvedic herbal steams

As per ayurvedic ways, breathing issues can be solved through breathing herbal steams. All you need to do is to take some really good herbs, put them in water and boil them. Then breathe in that steam with a towel or blanket on and this will give you a lot of relief.
Before sleeping you should wash your feet and apply some oil on it. You should also put mustard oil in your noses, and naval as well. It will do wonders! You should also do lung massages with mustard, castor, and other oils.
