Best Ayurvedic Ways to Relieve Pain– A common phenomenon used by our body to alarm our system. 2. Rosemary Essential Oil: 

Researchers state the pain-relieving abilities of Rosemary Essential Oil. It helps treat headache, muscle, bone, and seizure pain. It also reduces inflammation and strengthens your memory. Rosemary essential oil is only for external uses and that too with carrier oil. Use 3-4 drops of essential oil into the carrier oil and massage or inhale.

3. Peppermint Essential Oil: 

Peppermint essential oil comes from the Mentha Piperita Plant. It is rich in carvacrol, menthol, and limonene. It has Anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, and pain-relieving properties. Research says that people have been using peppermint oil as a pain reliever traditionally for hundreds of years, mostly for arthritis. Peppermint oil, when applied to temples and forehead gives you relief from headache & tension. 

Note- Don’t use Peppermint oil on broken skin as it can be toxic and can cause allergic reactions. 

4. Eucalyptus Essential Oil:

Coming from the eucalyptus plant, this week’s essential oil possesses anti-inflammatory qualities. It reduces inflammation and relieves pain from the applicant. A 2015 study on a group of people recovering from knee replacement operation suggests its effects on pain & inflammation are better than almonds. Inhaling eucalyptus 30 minutes each day for 3 days starts to show better effects on the mind & body. 

Note- 

  • Don’t use eucalyptus essential oil in public. 
  • Check whether your skin is reactive to eucalyptus oil or not. 
  • Don’t use it around children & pets. It can be toxic when swallowed.
  • It can trigger asthma. 

Plants:

1. Cloves: 

Cloves have been traditionally used as a toothache reliever in different cultures. It also has anti-inflammatory, antifungal, and antiviral properties. Researchers suggest that when they used clove, placebo, and benzocaine gel, clove effects were as similar as benzocaine gel. 

2. Capsaicin: 

Capsaicin is found in chilli peppers. Notably, it can reduce pain & aches in the body. Researchers believe that it affects skin sensitivity. This causes nociceptive fibers not to carry pain signals to the mind. 

3. Ginger:
