Vegetable Soup or Vegetable Clear Soup is very healthy, nutrition-rich, and very light. It is a fuss-free, gluten-free, and vegan soup. You may or may not have vegetables in stock. But my suggestion will always go for fresh vegetables only.
Mixed Veggie Soup:
Mixed vegetable soup is great if you want something loaded & warm in winter. It is somewhere similar to Tibetan Soup but without noodles. Also, it is purely vegan. You can although add noodles if you want.
