How to Make Cucumber Mint Raita

.1 cup plain yogurt  • 1 cucumber, finely chopped  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves,  finely chopped  1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin  powder  • Salt to taste  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish 

Ingredients

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, whisk the yogurt  until smooth.  2. Add chopped cucumber, mint  leaves, roasted cumin powder,  and salt.  3. Mix well and refrigerate for 30  minutes before serving.  4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves  and enjoy chilled
